Evolve Social

CLIENT: Evolve Social
PROJECT TYPE: online social media guide
DESIGNED BY: Stephanie Gunn
WHY WE THINK IT'S COOL: the client came to us asking for an exciting digital guide that covered all the best ways to excel when creating social video and maximising online engagement. They wanted the guide to be a standalone piece of marketing collateral, branching away from the company's visual brand and having a unique look and feel of its own. The client provided all of the written content and images where necessary and it was our job to bring the guide to life. This was achieved by creating illustrations, charts and graphics, using an array of complimentary colours and experimenting with different layouts that best enhanced the written and visual content. A 38 page guide in total, the final product was exciting and engaging with our client reporting that it had been downloaded many times by existing and new clients.

Kho Legal

CLIENT: Kho Legal
PROJECT TYPE: branding & website design
DESIGNED BY: Stephanie Gunn
WHY WE THINK IT'S COOL: the client came to us needing a logo and a website for her a new legal company. Before we began the design process, it was important to develop a detailed insight into her company and understand the main objectives and both the short and longterm goals she had. Once we had gained this invaluable knowledge, we first got working on the logo. In a nutshell, she wanted something simple, yet contemporary and eye catching that would effectively work across all marketing collateral. To start, we mocked up three initial designs in black and white. By providing three different designs to our clients, it offers a variety of different options to review and compare without being overwhelming. Once we received feedback following stage one of the branding process, we were able to hone the design and create a final logo that was exactly what she was hoping for. Once the branding project was complete, we were then able to incorporate the company's new look and feel into the website, using complimentary colours and fonts to achieve a strong and dynamic brand identity across this platform. The client wanted the site to be clean and simple and include vibrant banner images and calls to action that made it quick and easy for visitors to the website to get in touch. By also including an interactive appointment calendar, it enables people to book a 30 minute obligation-free consultation at a simple click of a button.

Welcome Walking Tours

CLIENT: Welcome Walking Tours
PROJECT TYPE: city map design and layout
DESIGNED BY: Stephanie Gunn
WHY WE THINK IT'S COOL: having previously designed the logo and a flyer for Welcome Walking Tours, the client came to us asking for a double-sided A3 map of Sydney that included the best places to eat, drink & visit, recommended landmarks, transport times & prices plus general information that would benefit visitors to Sydney. The company has a few large competitors in the city so it was important to create a map that was visually exciting and different to what was already available to tourists. All of the maps were drawn in Adobe Illustrator and it was an intricate and challenging, yet very enjoyable project to work on that was certainly very different to previous projects. The maps were printed as bulk pads that enabled tourists to tear one off and fold into their pocket. Found in Circular Quay and many backpackers & hotels around the city, our client reported that having the map had majorly increased traction for the company, with more and more people attending his walking tours every day.
