Marketing: Harris Mackay

Harris Mackay are a commercial builder specialising in office fitouts, retail stores and building refurbishments. The company has been trading since 2010 and they have worked with international corporations such as Colliers International, Jones Lang LaSalle, City of Sydney Council, Westpac and Australia Post. 


Harris Mackay already had a tender document that they sent out to clients but it was dated and included their old brand. Having redesigned their logo, they came to us asking for a new look document that incorporated the updated brand, striking new imagery and a contemporary, impressive look and feel.    


We designed the tender document in Adobe InDesign and incorporated the new branding and overall design style throughout in order to achieve a strong brand identity that the company's clients could easily connect with. The same gun metal grey and brand font has been used throughout (plus different font weights were chosen to add emphasis and visual variety where appropriate). By subtly including the circles of the logo icon on the pages, it adds an additional and unique graphic element that really enhances the new brand. The use of professional and striking high-res imagery has enabled us to achieve an impressive final document that stands out amongst the company's competitors. It's slick, modern and dynamic, and effectively compliments the style and sophistication of the logo.


Harris Mackay loved the new design and were pleased with how the look and feel of the brand was kept consistent throughout the entire document.
