We discovered Popdot in 2014 when we needed to fill a gap in our marketing team and have been using them to assist us with our communications activity ever since. Phase 1

  • Discover

    Book a session with one of our experts for a free, no obligation consultation to discover how we can help transform your business.

  • Strategy deep dive

    We make sure we're fully across your aims and objectives, usually meeting with you in person or via Skype to check we're all on the same page regarding project goals. We'll discuss some initial ideas with you to see what gels and what doesn't to get a framework around how the project will take shape. For retainer clients this includes a close look at what marketing tactics are likely to be successful for your sector and how we can use different tools to create a cohesive campaign or series of campaigns for long term business growth.

  • Scheduling & planning

    We pull together all of the discovery and strategy research, taking into account any external stakeholders such as printers, to create a timeline for the project. For our retainer clients, we develop a marketing plan incorporating all of the varying marketing elements to meet the strategic aims of your business. We also create a detailed design brief to ensure that everything is clear and ready for design.

  • Asset collection

    We collect every file that we need from you to start our design and communications work. This can include logos, brand guidelines (if you have any), along with any text or images you specifically want us to use in association with your brand.

Phase 2

  • Implementation

    This is where we get to work. Designers, copywriters and creative strategists work together to ensure that your project stays on track and aligned to the business needs. We communicate closely and regularly with you so you know what's happening and where things are at.

  • Proofing and revisions

    We proof all finished art to you so you can check it closely before it goes out into the world. We also have detailed quality control checklists used by everyone on our team to ensure that the work we produce is of the highest standard.

  • Analytics

    Data is important. It's what tells us whats working and what isn't. We track every campaign closely so that we can pivot our approach if needed in response to a range of external factors. For retainer clients, we provide regular analytics reports so you can see the return on your investment and what marketing tools are proving to be most effective for your business.

  • Unlimited support
